  • In a 30-minute follow-up session, we’ll review your progress and discuss the next steps to help you reach your wellness goals.
  • You’ll also receive a recipe toolkit, enabling you to easily create healthy, personalized meals that suit your unique type.

AYURVEDA COOKING COACHING

Feeling lost and overwhelmed in the kitchen? Then this one is for you!

(2 hrs online or in Malta)

  • In an initial meeting we discuss your personal needs.
  • Weather you need a little guidance in the kitchen, you want to learn new recipes or you simply want to know how you can pimp your meals with spices, I got you covered!
  • After we set a goal for the coaching, we meet at your kitchen or mine. If you’re not living in Malta, online works, too!
  • I’ll give you helpful insights on Ayurvedic cooking and a balanced meal. Then it’s time for cooking!
