- 90-minute initial 1:1 coaching with a detailed analysis of your current state from an Ayurvedic perspective
- Together, we’ll set initial goals and first steps that will help you make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle providing anchors in your busy life .
- You’ll receive an personalized Ayurvedic health plan with practical, tailored tips to help you reach your goal.
- Within 8 weeks we’ll have two 30-minute follow-up sessions, where we’ll review your progress and discuss the next steps to help you reach your wellness goals.
- You’ll also receive recipes, enabling you to easily create healthy, personalized meals that suit your unique type.
- As an extra you’ll get a light WhatsApp support for weekly check-ins or questions about the plan.

Are you struggling with frequent tiredness, bloating or constipation? Or do you want to eat healthier and improve your gut health? In this coaching package we focus on gut health and figure out, which diet truly suits your body type.
- 75-minute initial 1:1 coaching with a detailed analysis of your current state from an Ayurvedic perspective
- After the first session you’ll fill in a food diary for 7 days
- In a 2nd consultation, we discuss your food diary and you’ll receive a personalized Ayurvedic nutrition and health plan, which will help you make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle.
- You’ll get recipes for a tailored meal plan
- After a couple of weeks we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session, where we’ll review your progress and discuss the next steps
- As an extra you’ll get a light WhatsApp support for weekly check-ins or questions about the plan.
Cooking Classes
